Women of the Cloud Forest offers an easy, no hassle way to raise funds for your organization. This program is a way to incorporate fundraising with the issues of the rain forest, fair trade and conservation. There are no upfront costs to your organization and you have up to three months to sell the products.

How does it work?

2. 2.Complete the form and be sure to provide background information about your organization and how you plan to sell your products at your event. Please tell us the expected attendance and theme of the event. This will allow us to tailor your fundraiser packet specifically for your event.
   
   

3. 3.Fax back the form to 412-642-2692. Please be sure to return your request at least two weeks in advance so we can have enough time to prepare your package and ship it to you in time for your event.
   
   

4. 4. Once we have received your form, we will send you a confirmation email and prepare your package.
   
   

5. 5.Your package will be shipped by UPS Ground and usually takes between 3 and 5 business days. Your package will contain a mix of all of our great products, an invoice sheet, price sheet, promotional materials and return shipping label. The invoice sheet included represents the total value of all the product shipped - you will only be billed for the items not returned.
   
   

6. 6. Return shipping: We charge a flat $10 shipping fee that covers the original shipping and return shipping but you must follow the following return shipping procedures to receive this low rate. Be sure to keep the original shipping box. Use the included return label. Take the shipment to your local authorized UPS drop-off (we will help you identify the ones nearest your location).
   
   

7. 7.Payment is based upon the product not returned. At the end of your sales, simply total up the amount of our products sold, deduct 30% (your profit) and mail a check for the remaining amount. Payment by check is expected within 5 days of the final email.
